Project Summary: 

The project was undertaken to provide consulting services in the preparation of management plan (2018-19 to 2027-28) and to provide consultancy services for continuation of FSC Forest Management Certification of the corporation.

Description of services within the assignment :-

• Preparation of management plan for rubber wood and bamboo plantations (2018-19 to 2027-28) including future management discussions and summary of prescriptions.
• Preparation of AIE Manuals (SOPs/Protocols) for the year 2018-19 to 2027-28
• Manuals for divisions (SOPs/Protocols) for the year 2018-19 to 2027-28
• Preparation of GPS maps for new plantation and resettlement sites
• Validation of existing assessment reports and Preparation of assessment reports  for the period of 2018-19 to 2027-28
• Undertake value chain analysis for rubber, rubber wood and bamboo
• Facilitate TFDPCL on implementation of compliance related to FSC Forest Management standard
• Impart knowledge to the concerned staff members on the revisions of management plan (2018-19 to 2027-28) and implementation of FSC Forest Management related procedures.
